When I export a video in premiere my text graphics glitch.

I am running into an issue thats driving me crazy.

Everytime I export a video, the text graphics glitch. I have tried export settings at CBR, VBR2, and VBR1 and they all glitch.

Premiere settings in photo.

The text graphic is a template exported from after effects as a template for premiere. You can see the after effects settings match my premiere timeline.

I need a fix. This is a huge problem for me and a client.

Video example attached.

I am using a mac studio basic 2022 model.
