Hey guys,
First time posting to the community! So I am relatively experienced in Primere, and everything was working fine until a week ago. Im trying to edit a gaming montage, and so I had to import clips and images of the game. When I imported the clips into primere, everything works fine, but when I import my screenshots and png files to primere it just shows black in the preview tab, and I can't drag the image into the timeline. My images can open on my mac and photohop, but I can't seem to use it in Primere. Ill add a video here.
Um yeah, so the clip is working just fine, but the image is not able to go into the timeline. Any help?
Hi there! Thanks for your appreciation lol, I just restarted all settings on primere and everything works well now 🙂

It's interesting that it says 0:00 for the duration of the clip, as even still images tend to have at least some sort of duration to them. I don't really know if that has anything to do with it, but clearly the thumbnail for the image is also black, so it seems like Premiere is not liking the PNG. Is it something you can re-download? Or maybe open in another program like Photoshop and try to re-export?

I cannot use panels such as Lumetri Color Effect in the Premiere Pro application. The operations performed can be seen on the sequence, not on the video. How can I solve this problem

There is no change in processing videos. I can view the changes in the videos by exporting them, but I cannot see them according to the continuous program section.
