i'm trying to upload a snapchat video to a video i'm making in premiere pro. i downloaded it off my phone, sent it to myself on discord, and downloaded the mp4. now, i'm trying to select it with media browser, and literally as soon as i click it, the "import files" box pops up, and then premiere pro just closes. i've restarted, reinstalled, rethought my life choices, and i don't really know what to do next. some help would be appreciated 🙂

Hi D,

Sorry. Sounds like your clip needs to be transcoded. Can you download Shutter Encoder and transcode the clip to an editing codec? I think ProRes LT might be available. Try that.

Thank You,
Kevin
