When I use premiere pro the Open GL driver crashes

Hi,
Since I installed the latest update of the adobe suite (version 22.4), every time I especially use the premiere pro, the pc freezes and I get this error:
"Nvidia openGL driver - error code 3 (subcode 2)",
the problem requires a reboot and it starts to be difficult to work this way.
I have an nvidia RTX A4000.
I contacted the Dell supplier of my pc who made me do all the diagnostic tests and the pc is fine. I uninstalled all the video card drivers and installed the latest version (512.78) but nothing. How can I solve?

Hi Nicoletta,

We're sorry to hear about this. Are you experiencing this issue while doing anything specific in Premiere Pro, or is it random? Also, is it working properly with the previous version of Premiere Pro?

Grazie di aver risposto, ho contattato l'assistenza Adobe alla fine, comunque il problema si presenta in maniera casuale ed è iniziato dopo l'installazione dell'ultimo aggiornamento.

I`ve got a very similar problem with Premiere 22.4. Scrubbing the timeline or playing videos often result in a bluescreen with a computer reboot. I use a RTX 2070 in a laptop. Premiere 22.31. works fine.
