When importing a 24-hour video, only 14 hours are imported. What can be done about this

I made a 24 hour stream last week and would like to cut highlights for it. Unfortunately only 14 hours are imported, it's the same with the audio etc. Is 14 hours the maximum length that can be imported and what can I do about it?

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?
