Hi my name is Ahmed Malick,

When we screen record in 24 or 30 fps, the mouse movement is not smooth. When we record in 60 fps, the mouse movement is smooth as actual. But when we see experts or big YouTubers. They upload it on 23.976 fps or 30 fps but mouse movement was smooth as 60 fps. What they do? How could I do that?

Screen recording is outside of Premiere's remit.

A 23.976fps clip will not be as smooth as a 60fps, so either the clip on youtube you are looking at is a high FPS, or your scree recording software is causing an issue.

LATEST

Hi @Ahmed Malick,

Sorry for this problem. We have improved this workflow in the latest beta builds. Now you should be able to work with screen recordings directly in Premiere Pro without seeing any glitches.
You can download the latest Premiere Pro Beta build from Creative Cloud --> Beta apps --> Premiere Pro (Beta).

https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/creative-cloud-public-beta.html

Please let us know how it goes in the beta build. This is also on track to be available in normal builds. We will update you soon. I hope this will help.

If you still see this issue in beta builds, please share your original footage(screen-recording). We will check it at our end and take quick action.

Thanks,
Mayjain
