I didnt want to use the color managed workflow, as there are too many flaws - so I need to stick with LUTS.
But I cannot apply them anymore - the footage looks as if they are already baked in.
In my Project "Auto detect LUT" in Project Settings is disabled, in the Source-Clips when I go to "Modify-Color" the options for the input LUT are greyed out and the footage looks like the LUT has already been applied. How can I go back to my LUT workflow and apply the Input LUT and then later the Creative-Lumetri-LUT instead??

This should be Slog3-Footage, so the look has definitely been baked in, but I dont know how to go back to my original Slog footage. Any help?

I had to relink my footage, although its already linked and has never been offline. Now the LUT-settings reappeared. I have to rely on this software, its full of bugs.

Peter, I'd love to test this if you could upload and share a clip.

Thanks a lot for your help again, Neil. I am afraid the cause is not the clip. Before this issue ocurred the project worked flawlessly and I have edited a few projects with XAVC-HS footage from my FX3 without any problems. Somehow on opening the project this time some clips had this issue and relinking did the trick. I dont know if its cause by the latest stable version of premiere (I am not using beta versions) However when dealing with large projects you have to rely 100 percent on your NLE. .

Hey @Deleted User,
Thanks for the message. Not sure, but likely that feature might not have existed at that time. Hard to check for you since that version is no longer available for download and not many of us still have that one installed.
Does anyone in the community still have the version installed and can you check that for Peter? Much appreciated, people!
I hope we can help you, Peter.
Thanks,
Kevin

There have been a couple issues with certain forms of S-log3 from certain cameras.
That said, I've worked with and tested a fair number of S-log3 clips without troubles, so mostly it can be done and get correct output. But as you're not sharing a clip, "we" can't check out to see if your media is some of the difficult ones or not, sadly.
