Where can I find the "files" that represent the "captions" style/presets?

I searched for them but was not able to find them.

I am finding myself having to copy these files from an old project and paste in new projects (everytime)

I wish to avoid having to open multiple projects just to copy the captions files/styles. It is easier for me to import them as "files"

So.. where can I find them? (Windows)

Are you talking about a caption file (e.g. .srt file) with the text and timings? Can you not right-click on the clip and reveal in Explorer?

If it's track styles you're looking for, they are here:

Windows: C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Adobe\Common\Assets\Text Styles

macOS: /Users/<username>/Documents/Adobe/Common/Assets/Text Styles
