Where is “Display out of sync indicators for unlinked clips”?

The option was available in Preferences, under General. The function allowed a small red box indicator to show if unlocked clips are out of sync. I can't find that checkbox in the newer, latest version. Thanks!

I wonder why Premiere has timeline settings in at least 3 different menus. I can never remember which one and then waste time googling it and sometimes even complaining on forums... 

I wish they'd group it all.
