Which version of Premiere Pro CC is the most bug-free

I'm using Premiere Pro CC 23.4 on a MAC to collaborate,

but there is a serious bug in the collaboration [Text-Based Editing - clips reset to first frame after relink in 23.4] I want to change the version, but which version is the safest?

It would be great to have a single, easily understood reference which listed the known bugs and fixed bugs for any given version of Adobe Premiere Pro.

Adobe currently has "no plans" to provide such a reference.

@Kevin-Monahan Unfortunately, I tried to test it on my Windows 10 GTX980 and it doesn't work.
I will test it on my M1. ^^;;;

I tested the offending project file in version 23.5, but the error persisted.
Test environment (M1 mini, M1 macbook pro, windows11 x rtx3080)
