we are facing issue on autosave in adobe premiere pro when enable this option, system getting hang and adobe premier pro not responding, then we have to quit application forcefully and reopen again to work so kindly help us to fix this issue.
We are working on live event like IPL, ISL, Prokabbdi etc and during the live match if this error occured then our delivery got effected.
below trobleshooting are done
1 - Change the autosave path local drive as well as shared drive
2- Reset the adobe PP
3- Applied best practices on system
Below is the harware configuration system which is use in our production.
- 3.5GHz 8‑core Intel Xeon W processor, Turbo Boost up to 4.0GHz
- 32GB (4x8GB) of DDR4 ECC memory
- Radeon Pro W5500X with 8GB of GDDR6 memory
- 1 TB SSD storage
