White bar on right side of playback screen

When I look at the playback screen, there is a white bar that is on the right side. I checked the aspect ratio, and it seems to be 16:9, but it still has the white bar.

Does it still show when resizing the window or in the export file?

Turns out that I just needed to restart Premiere. Thanks!
