White is brighter than white

I recorded a person in front of a white background. I put a mask around the person and added a white (#FFFFFF) background. The background in my video footage is not 100% white, so I increased the white level in to blow out the background. 

 

Now my footage-background is even brighter than white. How can I fix that? How do I limit white to #FFFFFF?

Make the background the same as the color as the background of the footage.

I am having the same issue, I tried this and the dropper gets #FFFFFF my guess is that this has something to do with the export but I am no expert.
