Whole PC freezes when rendering in Premiere Pro CC 2023

 Hi people.
So, this happened to me ALL DAY. I try like 10 times rendering changing certain aspects or just trying for the sake of doing it: nothing. It freezes up in the middle. I also tried giving it some time to defreeze and continue its process: again, nothing.

It doesn't show up a problem sign or anything similar, it just freezes and then I have to hard reboot.

It also happens sometimes when I'm editing too. I have to close the program every 10 minutes to make sure it doesn't freeze the whole PC. I can't even open the task manager to close it from there.   I'm rendering at 1080p 60fps. Don't know what type of details you guys need to give me a hand.

 Thank you!

Is this on several projects or only one?

There was probably something working in the background stealing CPU and/or RAM.
