Why aren't any of my effects being shown in Premiere?

My effects are not off, and while I even downloaded an older version of Premiere, the problem hasn't changed. None of my effects will show at all. Even color changes.

Do you mean by effects third party plugins ?

No, just any manipulations within Premiere's effects tab alone. I cannot even adjust color.

Turn Global FX Mute off.
