Why can I not even uninstall CC on W7?

Not only can I not activate anything on W7, I cannot even uninstall them to regain space.

I have a fully paid for PPro CS6, and cannot launch that either.

ALL my paid applications are now unusable.

You wont be able to install or deinstall CC on W7.

Best is to format the drive.

You should however be able to use CS6.

Make sure you are admin.

Yah - format the drive.

That's no help really (although I appreciate the suggestion) as it is way, way too much aggravation.

EDIT

The aggravation is having to reinstall an OS, reactivate stuff that uses C2V and online authorization - plus, how can I format the drive & install (again) CS6 if I cannot access the activation servers?

I would lose far, far too much

I cannot currently use CS6 - it does not work on W7 at all any longer with anything bought & paid for by Adobe

Methinks it is time to look elsewhere than Adobe.
