why can't i find emojis in premiere pro

i've been trying to open up the emoji pannel and it doesn't seem be where it is for others in the edit panel. i alsso tried to find a keyboard shortcuts to find it but when i searched for it in key binding it did not exist. i'm using the latest version (25.2.1) and windows 11.

Welcome to the community! To access the Windows Emoji panel, press the Windows button + period (.) key to insert emojis into your text layers. You may refer to this link to learn more about emoji integration & the limitations on Windows systems. Hope it helps.
