Why can't I use emojis in premiere pro

I'm a mac user and currently using premiere pro ver 24.5.0 which I believe the latest version?

But I don't see emoji's menu under edit

Is there anyone experincing the similar issue?

MacOS (unfortunately) makes it possible to hide the Emojis and Symbols menu item in any or all apps on a user by user basis, which is probably what has happened to you. However, the keyboard shortcut ctrl-command-space should open the Emoji and Symbols dialog even if you can't see the menu item. You can also go to Settings->Keyboard and assign the world/Fn button to open the dialog:

@Mia Ryoo which version of macOS are you using? Also, if you open an Apple app like TextEdit, do you see Emoji & Symbols in the Edit menu there?

I am using Sonoma (14.5) and I absolutely have no problem pulling Emoji & symbols menu in any other Apple apps, including just easily using shortcut (fn+E)

I was little skeptical bc most of the time I was already pulling out Emoji's menu by shortcut(fn+E), but I followed your instruction anyway... and tada!
