Windows 10 crashes when exporting video

My computer keeps crashing every time I try to export my file. I tried loading application logs, but they appear to be encoded or encrypted in a way that my text editors don't understand.

 

When I try to export h264 video formats to .mp4 file it crashes my computer (not just the app) consistently. I tried exporting to AVI one time and the quality is very low but the computer doesn't crash.

 

Can somebody please help me understand how to get support with this?

 

I'm running v23.2.0, which I installed for the first time today. It sure seems like Adobe Premier isn't going to work for me if it's incompatible with my computer so I'd really like to figure this out.

Ok, I don't know if it's coincidence or not, but I downgraded to 23.0 and it is working so far. If any developers need information for debugging or testing, I'm happy to provide more information

Thanks for the message. Rolling back a version helped you, but that's not a good solution. It’s been a long time since you filed this bug, and I apologize for the lack of a response. Are you still having this issue? If so, the team will need more information from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?
