Windows 10 - Premiere Pro Save Project As (Not Responding)

Hello all,

I've got a recurring issue that I cannot get past at the moment, I literally cannot save any projects, or Save A Copy as when it opens up the file selector window, it crashes and show (Not Responding). I've tried deleting Premiere Pro and reinstalling and also resetting preferences, deleting caches etc but nothing is fixing this... 

I'm on the latest version 22.5. I have now installed 22.4 again and it's working fine.

You could reinstall 2022.5 and Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

Or they could fix it?

In addition to follow up on this when I have gone back to 22.4, it says "Installing this version of Premiere Pro will disable the auto-update setting for this app to prevent overwriting with a new version in the future"

But what does it do? Auto-update anyway!

Auto update is what it says. As soon as there is an update, it will install automatically. But in this case, it has been disabled to prevent 2022.5 to overwrite 2022.4
