Windows Power Plan changing when opening Premiere Pro 2021

I've been having this issue for quite a while now, but my PC uses the AMD Ryzen custom power plans that came with my CPU drivers, and every time I open Premiere or Media Encoder it switches my Windows power plan to "High Performance". All this does is bottleneck my CPUs power as it's not using the optimized power plan. This only happens with these specific programs, nothing else on my PC does this.

Anyone else have this issue?

Windows 10 Home

Ryzen 5 3600
