Windows System Restore ruined all Adobe apps

After today's disastirous 2025 updates made Premiere unusable, I did a Win 11 'system restore'  to yesterday's status with the intention of re-updating Adobe next week rather than uninstalling and losing all my custom settings.

This restore didn't put Adobe back to yesterday's status. Instead, I've got 2024 & 2025 copies of all my software - none of which will open!!

Technical issue: CC doesn't collaberate with Windows 11 system restore, it's like my C drive has been through a food processor.

OS restores are completely unrelated to the installation status of Adobe applications.

Adobe applications can be installed, uninstalled, and downgraded to previous versions as desired, using the Creative Cloud Desktop application.
