With the new update, Source monitor timeline is gone

Just got a new update for the premiere pro (23.1) and the timeline(?) for the source monitor is squished and cannot be used. Can this be fixed?

Known issue. Been around for quite some versions.

Close panel, open by double clicking on clip in project window or timeline.
