Won’t export footage with warp stabalizer

Hi, having trouble exporting with warp stabalizer effect applied. The render stops when it gets to clip with that effect. I tried exporting with software encoding only and it work but is terribly SLOW. Never had this issue before. Premiere is updated to the latest v 15.2. My computer specs are: i9 10850, RTX 3070, 64 GB ram. Any help is appreciated!

Does it work OK with other footage?

Perhaps there is something about this clip that Warp Stabilizer doesn't like.
