Work Area isn't recognized

Since the last update (23.6.0) I'm unable to export my videos since the Work Area Bar is not being recognized in the Media Encoder. When selecting Work Area to be encoded, it encodes the whole lenght of the sequence.

In the previous months I've seen more and more bugs with the Work Area Bar, but now it's completely broken and not being recognized at all.

Are you setting IN and OUT points in the timeline?

No, I don't use in and out, I only use the Work Bar instead. It's way cleaner and I've been doing it for 20 years.

Same with me. This bug has waasted quite a bit of time and impacted on my cleints. Adobe?
