XMP BUG

Hello everyone
Something strange is happening with the export in Premiere in the last few days, after the export is finished the video file does not open and it weighs 0 KB, only when you export to the desktop it works fine and the file is exported as it should, also you receive a message related to XMP FILE, looks like a bug, does anyone know anything about this ?
