Zeiger in der Sequenz springt immer zurück

Hey zusammen
Ich habe seit kurzem Probleme mit Premiere und finde einfach keine Lösung. Der Zeiger springt beim abspielen alle zwei Sekunde ein paar Frames zurück. Habe auch schon alles neu installiert, andere Versionen ausprobiert, Speicherort geändert und sowas, aber leider klappt nichts. Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen ?

Hi Kartika,here are my computerstats: Ryzen 7 2700x, GTX1080ti, 32GB RAM, x470 Mainboard, 1TB 970evo m.2 ssd I was on vacation the last two weeks and i changed nothing. the problem has disappeared into thin air now.  oh i love premiere -.-   thanks for helpBine
