Zoom to sequence shortcut doesn't work

Hello guys, i have this annoying problem and i can't work. When I want to drag a video track with my mouse and move it somewhere in my timeline, the zoom in or zoom out does not work. This is very frustrating. What did i do wrong? It wasn't like this yesterday.

you see it does not work properly. I have this problem from time to time. I also feel a slowness in the premiere program when this problem occurs.

I'm not sure what your video shows, it looks like you are zooming in and out?

Sorry. Is it occurring in other sequences too or just this one? How about with a new sequence? Let us know.
