How do I make it so I can zoom into a certain part of a video in Premiere Pro that I tried doing using keyframes? It appears that it shows a black screen when zooming in.

To zoom in you would keyframe the Scale parameter in Effects Controls.
Can you post a screenshot showing effect controls, timeline, and the program monitor?
