When going through clips that are loaded into the Source Monitor, it would be great to have the ability to label those clips with keyboard shortcuts. It's possible to label a clip in the Timeline or Project window by selecting it and hitting a label's assigned shortcut, but unfortunately this isn't possible for a clip that's loaded in the Source Monitor.
Being able to do this would be very useful, since it would allow users to assign labels to their clips as they're being reviewed in the Source Monitor, with zero need to use a mouse. For example, bad takes could easily be assigned a label meant for review and deletion once a project is completed.
In addition to allowing label shortcuts to work in the Source Monitor, it would also be helpful for beginners to be able to display a button for each label colour using the window's Button Editor.
