Currently, mask tracking in Premiere Pro processes every frame by default, which is great for precision but slow and unnecessary for many use cases.
It would be very useful to have an option to track masks every n frames (e.g., every 5 or 10 frames) to speed up the tracking process and reduce CPU usage, especially for scenes with slow movement.
Similar functionality exists in other tools (such as Mocha AE), and bringing this to Premiere Pro would greatly enhance workflow flexibility and usability for video editors.
