I think this would be a cool feature request! Imagine being able to use AI to sort by person, object etc in the project panel, if you'd like to? Surely this could be possible if it's being used in software like Adobe Elements (https://helpx.adobe.com/elements-organizer/using/adding-people.html)
Would be another smart organizational tool for large projects with many subjects.
