Asjustable point size for sequence keyframes

In AE there is an option in preferences to change the point size for paths.

I'd like an option in the Premiere preferences to change the point size for the clip keyframes.

They are so small that I waste time trying to copy a group of keyframes in the timeline or make an adjustment. Check out the screenshot below. My mouse cursor is over the clip audio keyframe point, but it doesn't register.

A larger point size would help as long as the hit box is also scaled appropriately.
