Change Text Color

For the Visually Impaired

I am an artist/creator that loves Adobe's Products, but as someone who has a color dislexia that struggles to read black & white (or white & black) interfaces it would be wonderful IF Adobe's Premiere Pro would give those who are visually impaired artists like myself an option to edit the color scheme of the interface.

PLEASE allow users to edit the text color & (possibly the background color) to our own individual preferences.
