as a youtuber, I quite often bring in all my video files and then weed out the unusable clips. It would save time to be able to delete files from the timeline or media window and choose to delete them completely from the drive they're stored on. Personally, I prefer not to clog up my drives and project folders with unusable clips. It takes up drive space and makes it harder to find good files.
At the moment, I have to find the clip on my drive then delete it manually. If I want to do this from the media window, there's no "Reveal in finder" option. That means I have to sometimes put the file onto the timeline, use the "Reveal in finder" option, manually delete, then return to Premiere and deal with missing file messages.
How about being able to right click any file and choose: delete from project and drive - ?
