Export Failure with Subtitles and AE Dynamic Link

macos 12.6.1 PPro 23.1.0

Exports with a caption track (subtitles) which also have a caption over a clip that is AE Dynamic Link, and have "burn in captions" turned on for export seem to fail on export.
