Eye Contact Effect like nVidia Broadcast

I would like to see a Adobe Premiere Pro have a fucntion similar to the below:

It doesn't strike like a big surprise that Adobe hasn't even thought about adding a feature that most of it's competitors have had for more than a year.

When you do get this feature later this year, please don't just offer "direct to camera" correction. As an actor using PremierPro to edit auditions, I would also need to sometimes correct eyeline to just off camera (either side) occasionally.
