Feature request: MMB as temporary pan/hand tool

Please allow the MMB to act as a temp pan/hand tool, just like in AfterEffects.

it is hard as a user to constantly rethink the UI when rountdtripping between AE and PP.

Additional bonus feature: allow the scroll wheel to act as a zoom tool in the program window

If you scroll your mouse over the Select Zoom level dropdown it will zoom in on the Program Monitor.

the scroll wheel zoom over the zoom percentage is neat... nice workaround (not perfect, but something)
