Please add this feature, it is essential for video clips with Finnish audio. Finnish is very easy to speech-to-text. Also the assistant bot is terrible and it doesn't direct you to an actual customer service person. And there are also no e-mail adresses, which is probably a conscious decision, but as a customer/user it would be easier to be able to post an e-mail for someone to see and forward to someone who knows the answer.
