Syncing preferences to the cloud doesn't seem to work consistently.
Every now and again, Premiere will "forget" one (or all) of my preferences, and reload the defaults. Most commonly, the "Play audio while scrubbing" checkbox gets unchecked, but often it'll be things that are less convenient to fix (or multiple things at the same time)...and regardless of how easy it is to fix, it shouldn't be necessary.
If they can't avoid overwriting my existing preferences for whatever reason, could they not implement a preferences import/export function?
Photoshop similarly "forgets" my custom keyboard shortcuts regularly, but at least there's an easy way to manually import/export them, so I don't need to individually change each one again every time it happens.
