Layer on and off states Properties Panel

The new Premiere Pro 25 visibility icon has a Grey, crossed-out eye icon when OFF.... And a Grey, uncrossed eye icon when ON. When designing, I think it would be more helpful if the eye icon used two different colors to distinguish between the on and off states.
