It would be nice to link the captions/subtitles with video and/or audio. This allows you to edit and move the captions much more easily.

Thanks for the suggestion.
It is true that captions (individual, range, entire track) cannot be linked to video clips. It is possible to select them with video/audio clips (Shift+click) and move them.
