Lock Panels (Properties & Effects Control) to Specific Clip

In Premiere Pro, it would be incredibly helpful to have the ability to lock both the Properties Panel and the Effects Control Panel to a specific clip, similar to how this functionality works in After Effects. This would allow users to maintain focus on one clip's properties and effects, even while selecting or working on other clips in the timeline.

I'm in a situation where I keep having to click on the same clip to adjust its properties. and this would just make sense.

This is the feature in After Effects.
