Lumetri can't be used properly with 3rd party controllers like Tangent Ripple

Tangent Ripple has great access to Lumetri's controls and would really help with grading in Premiere.

But. It can only ever control the one Lumetri effect at the bottom of the effects control panel.

Per Tangent, Premiere APIscovonly offers one set of controls in their interface, always directed to modify the last Lumetri Effect, NOT the currently selected Effect.

Please fix, so 3rd-party controllers can be useful. Like many editors I use multiple effects, usually presets, to address different aspects of a shot's grade -- Much like working with nodes. There's no way I can grade efficiently with only one Lumetri effect on a clip.

I've been pushing for this for YEARS!

There was one build, around the 2018 series I think, that worked correctly. Any selected instance in the Pr list of the ECP, and ... the controls of the Elements, Wave, Ripple (all Tangent) ... Loupdeck, Monogram, whatever surface you were using ... worked the expected instance of Lumetri.

But it hasn't been correct since!

@TrentHappel  @Wes Howell @francis-crossman ... I'm NOT the only one 'on' about this!   lol
