Make it configurable whether `ALT+Mousewheel` or `CTRL+Mousewheel` zooms in on the sequence

Hi community,

How are you.  I am an indie filmmaker and I love Adobe Premiere Pro and the Creative Cloud suite of products.  However, I am also a user of the TechSmith Camtasia suite of products for recording, e.g., videos of powerpoints and Zoom meetings, and such for work.

Zooming in on the timeline for a sequence, I seem to recall, used to be doable with `CTRL+MOUSEWHEEL` shortcut for Premiere Pro and then it was changed to `ALT+MOUSEWHEEL`.  TechSmith Camtasia has `CTRL+MOUSEWHEEL` as the shortcut.

When I switch between the two app suites I am always getting mixed up in my brain -- I try to use the `ALT+MOUSEWHEEL` shortcut in TechSmith Camtasia to zoom in on the timeline and then I have to remember, no, it's `CTRL+MOUSEWHEEL`, but when I jump over to Premiere Pro to work on my movie, I have to re-sync my brain -- sometimes I find myself using `CTRL+MOUSEWHEEL` to zoom in on a part of the timeline and I have to then remind myself, no, it's `ALT+MOUSEWHEEL`.

This is jarring and keeps interrupting my train-of-thought and productivity.  Is there a EditPreferences menu item or option where I can tell Premiere Pro, "Let me zoom in on the timeline using `CTRL+MOUSEWHEEL`", as in, e.g., a toggle or a customizable shortcut menu somewhere?

It would be a nice-to-have to configure `CTRL+MOUSEWHEEL` to do what `ALT+MOUSEWHEEL` currently does in Premiere Pro, so I do not have to switch my brain back and forth between my various video tools.

Thank you.

Regards,
