Make Premiere stop asking if I want to turn on auto transcription

Is there a way to make Premiere stop asking me if I want to turn on auto transcription? It seems like every time I open the Text window, it asks me.

I don't see a way. Transcript View Options will turn off showing  untranscribed sources in the sequence, but it has no effect on that prompt.

But right now, I can only get it to appear the first time I create a new sequence in a project. You can ignore it, and it goes away after a few seconds.
