MOVE THE BLUE HIGHLIGHTED TEXT with the mouse...

In the new Text to Timeline Editing, I so much want to highlight the text (and it turns blue and that's great) but I would love to GRAB that BLUE BOX and just move GUI around to the place I want it to go to without the copy and pasting part.  I mean, copy and paste can be there but adding the literally moving the BLUE HIGHLIGHT BOX to where I want it feels like that's what I would want it to do... 

I know, maybe not possible...
