new HUGE "fx" icon slowing down my workflow!

when i'm moving small clips around I always accidently click on the HUGE "fx" icon and need to click again and again and try not to hit the "fx" icon and my workflow is so slowed because of this!

please take it back to the old version "fx" icon.

also im crashing so much since the last update... please fix it!
