Properties Panel should display decimal values, not round them up and down

The Properties Panel does not display decimal values like the Effect Controls Panel does. It rounds them up or down. If you type a decimal value it will correctly change and save the value, but not display it precisely.  If I type 0.5 in rotation I expect it to show 0.5 and not 1. This behaviour makes me feel like it's not saving the correct values on manual input. To double check the number, I return to the Effect Controls to see if it's using the correct value. I'm spot-checking conformed media between different sequences, and I can't rely on the Properties Panel if it's not accurate. Using Premiere Pro 2025.1.0 on macOS 14.7.1 with M1.

Just another thing to dumb down the interface.

Sounds like "inadvertent error in programming" to me.
