Single Track Ripple Edit

I'd really like to see a keyboard shortcut to apply a ripple edit  tool (B) only to one selected track, the same as pressing "shift" when using the "select forward" (A) tool.

Currently that is only possible by locking all other tracks or individually toggeling off "sync lock" for all tracks which slows down my workflow a lot when I rapidly need to switch back and forth between needing the ripple edit tool to affect all tracks and only one specific track, for example when I'm editing animatics and need to match the duration of  storyboard panels to voice recordings that have already been set up in the timeline.

As a very smilar feature already exists for the "select forward" tool I can't imangine this would be particular hard to implement and would make my life (and probably others) a whole lot easier.
